Notify your webmaster if you ...
suspect a possible fraudulent e-mail was sent to a customer using your e-mail address or web address.
have received an e-mail requesting you to update your information about your domain name or e-mail accounts via a link in the e-mail.
have received a bill or request for payment for your domain name from someone other than your domain vendor. (See CRS SCAM)
receive any suspected e-mails that deals with your domain name or hosting that you may have a concern about.

Security Tip
Remember! Never respond to an e-mail or follow an e-mail link requesting you to update any personal information, passwords or credit card information. Any legitimate request will ask you to login by opening a browser and accessing the site as you normally would.
An e-mail link may take you to a web site that could look right but in fact is a mirror of the real site and a scam site.
